STEP 01
- Application
- Applications are only accepted via SK Group’s SK Talent portal (www.skcareers.com).
We do not accept any application via mail or email.

STEP 02
- Document screening
- We comprehensively take into account each applicant’s talents, capabilities, work experiences, and qualifications, as well as his/her spirit and attitude toward our company. Please fill out your resume faithfully and clearly.

STEP 03
- SK Competency Test (SKCT)
- SKCT is used to evaluate your job competency at SK in various and comprehensive perspectives.

STEP 04
- Interview
- We conduct in-depth evaluation on your expertise, understanding of job, work capabilities, potential, and spirit in multiple aspects.
For some divisions which requires expertise such as R&D,
an in-depth seminar will take place related to the applicant’s major.

STEP 05
- Health screening
- All applicants who passed the interview will go through a health screening.
This process is to determine whether an applicant can perform on-the-job activities without any illness.

- Acceptance
- Congratulations on becoming our member!
Experienced employees, however, are accepted after a consultation on their position and employment conditions.
