PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING SURRENDER OF SHARE CERTIFICATES
KCF Technologies Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) resolved, at the Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 11, 2019, that the Company
would divide its 1 share with par value of 5,000 Won into 10 shares with
par value 500 Won. You, as the shareholders of the Company, are hereby
requested to surrender all of the share certificates held by you to the
Company’s head office during the period from April 12, 2019 to May 13, 2019.
